Announcement from Jennifer Rigg, Executive Director of GCE-US: Dear friends and colleagues, After a truly rewarding experience at the Global Campaign for Education-US (GCE-US) as Executive Director since fall 2015, and over fifteen years of involvement with the GCE movement, I’m writing to let you know that I will begin as Director, University Engagement, at the Peace Corps on February 12, 2024. We're delighted to introduce Interim Executive Director June Jimenez (bio below), who will be working with GCE-US during this transition time. June Jimenez is President and CEO of Tama Solutions, an experienced interim executive director, and an organizational development consultant to mission-focused organizations. June's work focuses on the people, systems, processes and technology needed to help organizations deliver their missions while experiencing tremendous change. June brings over 20 years of professional experience to each engagement gained through her work across the nonprofit, government and private sectors. Previous strategic planning engagements include: Miles4Migrants, an international human rights / migrant serving organization, and the Center for Asian Pacific American Women. June received her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and received her Global Executive MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Please join me in welcoming June and thanking the incredible group that makes up the GCE-US family! I have every confidence in the outstanding team that will be steering GCE-US’s transition and guiding the organization’s future development.
