International Day of the Girl Child

Thank you to Congressman David Trone, Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers, U.S. State Department Acting Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor Lisa Peterson, and all of the youth advocates from Indonesia, Venezuela, and the U.S. who spoke at Girls Take the LEAD: A High-Level Event in Celebration of International Day of the Girl 2021 last month in support of all girls having the right to learn and participate in democracy.
